For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God" ... Ephesian 2:8
Wherever Grace comes, there is a miracle.
Then what is Grace?
- it is unmerited favor
- you don't deserve it, but the Lord gives to you anyway
- God's Riches At Christ Expense
In addition to the above, the following definition of Grace has blessed my heart and this is so meaningful:
A. GRACE IS GOD'S EMPOWRING YOU TO DO WHAT HE WANTS YOU TO DO
B. GRACE IS GOD'S EMPOWERING HYOU TO BE WHAT HE WANTS YOU TO BE
While it is relatively easy to do what He wants to do, it is extremely challenging to BE what He wants us to BE. It changes the whole core of you.
May we ask God to help us to be what He wants us to be?
